If you are having a delivery problem then please contact the courier. They are much better placed to help. However if you have no luck with them call us - we are here to help.
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. This email has a tracking number in it click on the link to your courier and type in the tracking number for up to date info:
If no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details of how to get hold of your parcel. Read the card!
You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to £7.50.
If you need to go and pick up your parcel then use these links to find your depot. Contact the courier first to make sure they actually have your parcel or its not out on a van. You need to take ID and the card the courier left. If you have no card please contact the courier and make sure it is ok to get the parcel with just ID and the tracking number.
